St Ann's Surgery - N156ED Surgery being led down by practice management. Incompetent, inefficient, unsafe with a total disregard to patients. Assad was clearly not a great recruitment decision. Unsure if solely enjoys giving out false information/wasting patients' time, or if there is an element of misogyny. The only thing I'd give 5 stars is GP Dr Metwally and former nurse Amanda, who regrettably moved on to a different surgery. There is also a receptionist (don't know her name), who often wears a mask, compared 'whatever" sits at other times at reception, a "rare find", at least has the mannerism and communication skills expected from a receptionist. Can't comment on other GP's.

Appalling! Since being taken over and merging with other Operose-owned practices, my surgery cannot be reached, has no available appointments when you do get through, have mixed my records with another patient and then my husband's appointment was cancelled last week and can't get another until the end of November!!! Yet they're still registering patients for the payday, despite being over capacity and not being able to provide the care. The Government needs to intervene and regain control of the NHS!

Look at the bbc documentary into this. American profit making organisation that buys GP surgeries for profit and delivers poor services for patients

Pls don't use any Gp surgery operated by Operose. American company so bad it has taken contracts from nhs. The more patients they have nhs pays them. Therefore they flood local gp's operated by Operose hence can't get appointments, online consultation etc. Because they over stretch surgery's with patients so they claim more funds from nhs! It is very bad on management!

Harehills corner surgery is run by operose for the NHS. Poor customer service. Recently had an incident where a patient got so frustrated that she threw a chair at the staff. A serious investigation needs to go on with that practice. What made the patient do that, clearly there's a problem with the service and care.

Since taking over the Dr's I use, Operose have made it the worst Surgery ever! Corporate greed will kill the NHS
