A fabulous experience from start to finish. I felt really welcome and have a lovely pair of new Wolf glasses (only available at independent opticians!). Krish referred me to NHS checks for double vision and I was seen within a couple of weeks - this is after I had reported the same vision issues at various high street opticians for 3+ years. I won’t go back to using high street chains ever again as this experience was so much better.

A routine eye test at another Opticians revealed my prescription had changed for the first time in nearly 7 years. I was really struggling to find new frames that I liked and suited me. Went for my annual check up. Lots of time and care taken in examining my eyes with the optition providing lots of advice. A good selection of frames to choose from and a magic machine to ensure my complex lenses where right for my needs. Delivered in under two weeks and fitted and adjusted so I was able to benefit from the new prescription straight away. Support for our local independent optition certainly beats the high Street brands.
